As Halloween approaches, the days grow shorter, the nights deepen in darkness and the spirit of the season infuses the very air we breathe. October brings with it a touch of mystery, a hint of magic, and the promise of cooler days. So, as I write these words under the eerie shadow of the Moon, I extend to you an invitation to discover the bewitching world of ‘Touch Yoga’ and unearth your body’s secrets… Sorry that’s enough of my attempt at dramatic and eerie writing...

In my Touch Yoga classes, I always emphasise the importance of having a daily practice for releasing and letting go. So, I want you to take this moment to breathe deeply, clear away the burdens you’ve been carrying, and create space for lightness and healing with this short but very powerful practice….

This is an invitation to turn inwards, allowing you to release whatever has been weighing you and by holding your thumb, you can effectively balance emotions associated with worry, anxiety, and fear, providing a profound sense of grounding and safety.

I find there’s a quiet power in these small moments of letting go, its like tidying up your emotional junk drawer and creating more space within.
