Have you ever said or heard ‘It’s my age, or I’m too old to do that now!’

When we reach 'a certain age,' we begin telling ourselves I’m too old to do the things or create the changes we really want in our lives, this belief threatens to keep us from doing and accomplishing all of the amazing things we want to achieve.

Embracing age gracefully can be an exhilarating journey filled with new experiences and adventures. In just one day, I went from the thrilling heights of skydiving, feeling the rush of the wind against my face, to enjoying a peaceful lunch, savouring each bite as I embraced the present moment. Age is just a number, and with each passing day, I find joy in exploring new activities, nourishing my body, and cherishing life's simple pleasures. It's all about staying active, curious, and grateful for every moment.

So, stop hiding behind those limited negative belief narratives, stop worrying what people are going to say…. Because if you are living your life the way you want to live it and loving every last second of it, why on earth does it matter about your age.

'Life is a journey of continually evolving, growing and learning and never really arriving at your destination….Because you are already there!' Amanda Levett
